SensoXR Platform
Our platform brings together all our software and hardware developments allowing 6DoFs multisensory experiences, and user behavior acquisition and analysis. It complements the virtual reality equipment of the ENISE - Centrale Lyon technology platform located at St-Etienne, France.
The experimental room is 30 m2, equipped with a high-quality stereoscopic screen, 32 speakers for high fidelity spatialized sound, and tracking camera. Beyond state-of-the-art VR and AR HMDs, we developed several multisensory devices: portable olfactive display, diverse devices for both local and global thermoception, and prototypes for tactile stimuli.
Our software developments include PLUME, an open-source software toolbox (PLUME Recorder, PLUME Viewer, PLUME Python) that allows for the exhaustive record of XR behavioral data, their offline interactive replay and analysis, and their easy sharing.
